I got my SBR in the other day, and was wondering. Do we paint the boxes yellow? Because from what I recall when it's painted black it's for training, and the SBR boxes come in black.

I received a reproduction gas mask myself. I have two originals and both are yellow. I have seen some green ones, but I don't know what the color significants means, if it means anything. I painted my can yellow even though nobody sees it.

One small item normally missing from the SBR repros is the diary that is tied to the SBR it is only small about an inch or so square but records each time the SBR is used and ensures they are effective to use.
There is a supplier of these over here not advertised anywhere but I am sure if there is the need I could mention this forum to him?
