For those of you who want to take their impression a little further, Sportsman's Guide is offering Swiss Army surplus drawers that are fairly similar to the US issue ones:

These appear to make a nice stop-gap until someone comes out with a proper reproduction. Note, there are some significant differences, espcially on the back side.
