GWHS East Front Event - September 26, 2014

Gentlemen-

The GWHS East Front battle event is scheduled for September 26, 2015 so mark your calendars! This will be a one day battle event followed by an informal gathering of all sides (so don't forget that Jaegermeister, Unicum, or Vodka!).

Details to follow but essentially we will be selecting a scenario from either 1915 or 16. Suggestions in that regard are welcome, we have some time to plan that out.
I would like to encourage everyone to come on out and give it a try- even those who normally only do a West Front impression. Imperial Russian impressions are especially very affordable now. Also, if you would like to try out either an Austro-Hungarian or German impression, those are also very possible- just ask and we'll see what can be done.

I am open to all suggestions so fire away! After all, it wasn't ALL about the Western Front!

So does that scenario rule out Americans since they did not go "over there" until 1917?

Pretty much- this is focused on the Eastern Front. It's something new we're launching. However, Russian and Austro-Hungarian impressions are fairly easy to put together.
