If anyone arrives after we start the event at 1000 hours, they will need to walk up to the lines and check in with their respective unit leader to get guidance as to where to go next to pay check-in for the event. If you are on the Allied side that person will be John Harmon of the 2nd Lancs. to make sure they have paid for the event, GWHS membership dues, etc. before participating in anything.
You are not under any circumstances to participate in anything till you have been cleared. I will announce this to all the Allied unit leaders on the line up in the AM. If we are in No mans Land or on the CP side on the lines when they arrive they are to stay in the Allied trench until our return, no exceptions. If we are being attacked you will not get into the trench, wait outside of it till the action is done, You have to be checked in before participating, if something were to happen without that check in then the whole GWHS is liable for damages, inflictions, etc. by the suing party, especially if they are new and have not signed that liability release.
