Looks like a Belgian-made copy of the "Montenegrin" model Gasser revolver. These were made by Gasser in Vienna for a Montenegrin contract, as well as for private purchase. Not official Austrian issue, but they were used by AH forces. Should be in .44 "Russian"/11mm Gasser.
