Probably ebay unless there's a gunshow in your area.

The brass .30-'06 stripper clips are getting hard to find and EXPENSIVE!! My local gun shop used to carry them, but they closed shop and headed to AZ.
You can watch for them on eBay, Gunbroker, Auction Arms, etc. The steel ones work fine and are much cheaper. I think the guys back east use brass for PR events and steel for the battles since they are easy to lose.

Just talked to one of the guys in my unit and he got some from "Springfield Sporters" for $1.00 each. Here is a link: www.ssporters.com/parts/ENFIELD1.htm They are number 80 on the list. I guess I should not mention how many Gun Stores are with a 10 mile radius of my house. Of course I live in the Great State of Arizona where a persons right to carry has not been taken away.

Thanks for the link - but those are the clips for the SMLE. The original question was for clips for the M1917 "Enfield" which would be the same as used for the M1903 Springfield. Made of brass, two piece, very fragile, and hard to find!

Sorry for the confussion. Saw Enfield and went the wrong way. Checked with my friend and because regular stripper clips are getting hard to fine they are now using Swedish Mauser Rifle Stripper Clips which can be found at { www.e-gunparts.com/DisplayAd.asp?chrProductSKU=45950&chrSuperSKU=&MC= } these are working great in 03 Springfields so should be okay for M1917 Enfields.
