Not inexpensive but I belive Richard Knight (aka Khaki on Campaign) can make an officers uniform. Also a few other items (cap, etc.).
Not uniforms - but some other officer items can be bought via Military History Workshop.

My grandfather after fighting in ww1 regretted becoming an officer in ww2 (north africa) and was happy when he was assigned to the commandos (pacific)
