I was messing around on the interwebs and I found a dealer across the pond named "Khaki On Campaign". So the question is....is the dealer a good alternative to getting WPG stuff since this is a UK dealer after all or should I stick to getting the what price glory uniform set? Oh btw, here's the link of their main page. www.milweb.net/dealers/trader/khakioncampaign/

Yes - Khaki on Campaign is legit. Expensive as all get out (when compared w/WPG). But by all accounts excellent work. FYI - KoC is run by Richard (Dickie) Knight

Got to wonder when you have to email for the prices. :-)

Don't know if Richard is a friend of Seph's or not - but he does do excellent work.
Part of the reason for email for prices - nothing or very little is in stock - he makes things when he gets the order - thus his cost for materials can change from order to order.

Hello Gentlemen,
"Khaki on Campaign" = Richard 'Dickie' Night.
Unfortunatelly, one of the killers with purchasing anything from this side of the pond = cost comparison. The cost of materials here is far higher than in the USA. Also, the postage costs are totally un-real!!!
However, with Khaki-on-campaign, you as the customer, are getting a top quality tailored item. Richard is an expert in his chosen field, and he puts his expertise into manufacturing items that are required : as and when : with great knowledge, enthusiasm, and sympathy to copying the original period item. Many of which come from his own personal collection.
The reason one has to email for an updated costing, is the obvious fact that costs increase. Richard gives no false impression, with everything 'up-front' straight from the start.
WPG and Shipperfabrik are not as quality, or period authentic as Richards products.
Its the age old addage gentlemen... One only gets what one pays for!
