British Cavalry on the Western Front

This was too cool not to post- this depicts supporting cavalry accompanying the tanks during the British Campbrai Offensive. Not since 1914 was there the potential to inflict a strategic reverse on the Germans.

Unfortunately, poor planning and flawed assumptions threw away this fleeting opportunity.
