An excellent paper. Thanks. Just an old artillery mans opinion though that he missed the pre-war change in German arty from the gun (76mm line of sight) to the 105, 150 howitzer and 17 cm mortar(high angle fire) with out which the change in tactical doctrine would have been difficult if not impossible.
