I just received my British ground cloth from Schipper. I've been trying to get an original for several years from E-Bay. But prices are quite high. The ground cloth from Schipper looks nice and seems fairly tough. The only thing I don't like, it's too clean! The RSM may like that, though. A couple of events, and it will be grungy enough to almost pass for the real thing. It is also suitable for WW2 use. It is stamped with a 1916 date.
Several months ago, I also got the SBR (gas mask) from Schipper. That is very well done! It also comes with the bag. Schipper currently has both the SBR and the ground cloth in stock.

Another good thing to carry with the ground cloth would be a 10' roll of 1/4" rope. Both running ends of the rope should be "wipped" (wrapped and tied off with a lighter string) so it doesn't become frazzled.
