Cheers gents.
I am a new/old reenactor, just getting started in WWI. I have been a lifelong devotee of the war, but have just never taken the plunge. However, I am now ready to "kit up" and get on with it. You only live once, after all. I am in excellent physical shape, and ready for the challenge.
I was curious if there are any out there doing a British/Commonwealth (Canadian) impression of either the Fighting 10th or the 42nd Regt, Black Watch, who may be looking for a couple (or at least one) new recruits? Or, if there are other B/C (Can) units that are looking for an extra hand?
I have been a CW reenactor for many years, lately moving into the campaigning style, so I have a great deal of reenactment experience. I strive for authenticity, and am financially able to kit myself up, with some experienced advice.
Anyway, I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards, Rich Libicer Las Cruces, NM
