Were there any other ribbons that were worn in the button hole other than the Prussian IC 2nd class? Did any other German states or Kingdom have button hole ribbons?

There were other ribbons besides the EK2 that were worn in the button hole (however, I don't know what they were). Also, I've seen photos which show 2 ribbons being worn in the same button hole. The other German states did have button hole ribbons---I've seen photos of a Bavarian ribbon being worn in that fashion.
In the cases where 2 ribbons were worn in the same button hole, I believe that often, in this situation, the individual received awards from 2 different states---I believe I've seen a uniform with the Prussian EK2 and the equivalent Bavarian award in the same button hole.
