Has anyone bought anything from this site? Is the quality good? Are they reliable?

I've never tried ordering from this outfit. Supposedly he makes decent stuff, at least from what some of the folks in Europe have reported. I was going to do a trial order but the website is a mess in English and I know no Russian whatsoever. Also, it's hard to tell what the shipping is and communication is not the easiest. Perhaps a more "Western" vendor will make some of these (although I wouldn't hold my breath).

These guys now have an eBay store under the name "reenact_ru." Not their whole catalog, but some interesting items.
